OmniBiz AI ("we," "us," "our") operates the platform at getomnibizai.com (the "Service"). When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, business name, business profile details, and any customer contact lists you upload. We also collect payment information processed securely by Stripe, usage data, and technical information such as device and browser identifiers used to operate and secure the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate the Service, generate AI-driven marketing campaigns, track local search rankings, schedule social posts, power the AI voice receptionist, send email and SMS campaigns on your behalf, process subscription billing, provide customer support, and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Data Storage and Security

Your business and customer data is stored on secure infrastructure with row-level security that keeps every business's data isolated. Access is scoped to your authenticated account and never shared with other subscribers. We use encryption in transit and at rest and limit internal access to personnel who require it to operate the Service.

4. SMS and Mobile Information

If you upload customer phone numbers and use the Bulk SMS Promotions module, OmniBiz AI sends text messages on your behalf through our carrier-connected messaging provider. The following mandatory carrier statement applies to all mobile information and SMS activity on the Service:

"No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties."

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent from your customers before adding them to any SMS campaign, and for honoring opt-out requests. Customers may reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help.

5. Sharing and Third Parties

We share data only with service providers that help operate the Service — such as payment processing (Stripe), email delivery, SMS delivery, AI providers, and hosting — under agreements that restrict their use of your data to providing the Service to you. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information and uploaded customer data at any time from within your workspace, or by contacting us at infotricountyrides@gmail.com. You may close your account at any time, which removes your business profile and associated marketing data.

7. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your workspace, and understand how the Service is used. We do not use your data for cross-context behavioral advertising.

8. Children's Privacy

The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe we have, please contact us so we can delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will note the updated date above and notify you of material changes through the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
